Readers of Business View recently responded to a survey telling us
their opinions of the magazine. We enjoyed your feedback and we’ve determinedly taken on board the changes you requested.
As a result, Business View now features more profiles on businesses – small, medium and large – and explores their goals, their successes and how they overcome challenges. The magazine also shows you how NAB helps small businesses to grow and maintain success.
You told us a vital concern in business was having the right people, so in this issue we’ve addressed that topic head on with a feature on how to keep your valued employees, and we’ve come up with some smart suggestions for employee retention.
Managing finances and wealth building were priorities for many survey respondents. On the following pages, you’ll see we’ve heeded the call with articles on cash flow strategies, ways to grow wealth and new tax-effective approaches to superannuation saving.
You wanted to know more about how NAB helps community organisations, so in every issue of Business View we’ll highlight one of the many socially responsible initiatives integral to NAB operations. Some readers also suggested we share our responses to customers’ questions in the magazine, which is why there’s now a bigger feedback section.
You also asked for a new look Business View, so we’ve arranged
just that! Please keep sending those emails and letters. We definitely want to hear more.
Now, it’s over to you. What do you think of the new Business View?
